How To Crack Coal India Management Trainee Within 10Days

Coal India Admit Card 2020 CIL MT admit card download: Coal India Limited (CIL) has released the notice to release admit card for its upcoming Management Trainee (MT) recruitment examination. The CIL MT 2020 exam is scheduled to be held on February 27th & 28th, 2020.

Coal India Limited (CIL) has put up the hall ticket download link under candidate’s login area. The link will be activated by today/tomorrow and candidate may then download their CIL MT admit cards.
The dates specified by Coal India Limited for issuance of admit card is February 7th to February 28th.
Candidates should regularly visit the official site’s (www.coalindia.in) career section for the notice related to admit card release. We’ll put the direct link here once the facility is active. The candidates will be informed of the admit card availability through emails/sms, so keep an eye out for the same too.
Noteworthy points
  • The admit cards will only be issued online and will not be sent via post/courier etc.
  • It is compulsory to bring admit card at the time of examination otherwise candidates will not be permitted to enter exam centres.
  • The details of exam centre and reporting time etc. will be mentioned on the admit card itself.
CIL has advertised this examination for the recruitment to 1,326 posts of Management trainee under various disciplines.
Exam Pattern & Marking Marks
The selection process consists only of online exam and personal interviews. Have a look at the CIL MT paper pattern:
  • The exam mode is computer based test (CBT) having multiple choice questions.
  • Exam consists of two papers; paper 1 & 2. Both papers will be held one sitting and duration will be 3 hours.
  • Paper 1 & 2 will be of 100 marks each.
  • Each question/answer will carry 1 mark.
  • There is no negative marking.
  • Paper 1 subjects: General knowledge/awareness, reasoning, numeric ability and general English.
  • Paper 2 subjects: Professional knowledge (discipline related)
Qualifying Marks
  • For General/unreserved category- minimum 40 marks in each paper
  • For SC/STPwD- minimum 30 marks in each paper
  • For OBC (non-creamy layer)- minimum 35 marks in each paper
Selection:
The candidates qualifying online test will be called for personal interview in the ratio of 3:1 ( 3 candidates for 1 vacancy). Means, roughly 4 thousand aspirants will be called for the interviews.
Interview will be of 10 marks.
